Q1: What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?

100 pcs for most items. For ready-stock + 1C logo, we can do 50 pcs. Full custom/OEM starts at 300 pcs.

Q2: How long does custom corporate gifting take in Singapore?

Around 10 –14 working days for ready-stock with logo printing. 25–35 days for full custom. Urgent 5 –7 day runs possible for select items.

Q3: Can you deliver to staff homes?

Yes, we do PDPA-compliant address collection via secure form and drop-ship islandwide. Great for remote teams and welcome kits.  

Q4: Do you provide samples?

Digital mockups are free. Physical blanks: S$15–S$40, refundable with order. Full branded sample: cost price, 7–10 days.

Q5: Are your gifts sustainable?  
Yes, we provide FSC paper, RPET, bamboo, wheat straw, and GRS-certified items. Material certification and carbon reports available.

Q6: What are your payment terms?  
50% deposit, 50% before delivery for first orders. 30-day terms available after 2 completed orders.
